TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Making
Our grappa is a fragrant, grape-based pomace brandy produced from the distillation of
the Barbera grape skins and pulp left over from the winemaking process after pressing.
Pairing
It is best enjoyed with mature cheeses, lightly toasted black bread accompanied by sweet jams such as quince or madernassa pear jams. For a more classic combination we recommend sweet dark chocolate truffles.
